Everest Outpatient Services

The Pinnacle of Outpatient Treatment Across the Nation

As part of its ongoing commitment to pioneering mental health and addiction treatment solutions, Summit BHC launched Everest Outpatient Services. This innovative offering provides the highest quality, evidence-based care for individuals navigating the challenges of mental health and substance use disorders, all within the framework of their daily lives, ensuring seamless continuity of care within Summit’s comprehensive and expanding treatment ecosystem.

The Everest Outpatient Services network caters to the needs of individuals with general challenges like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and other psychiatric disorders. Patients can join the program directly from the initial point of assessment and referral, or be transferred from an inpatient setting. The outpatient program is designed for individuals who would benefit from a structured supportive program that fosters the development of adaptive coping skills.

Our outpatient services offer group therapy, continued physician oversight, and medication management, allowing patients to continue living at home while attending the outpatient center during the day. Our goal is to help patients achieve further stabilization and transition back to productive activities at home, work, and in the community. We serve nutritionally balanced lunch and snacks daily and provide affordable transportation services upon request. Additionally, a telehealth option may be available at some locations.

What Sets Everest Outpatient Services Apart?

Our programs require the presence of at least one QMHP/SUD professional on site. We also require Master’s Prepared clinicians on staff and Dedicated Medical Provider Oversight. Additionally, facility staff must participate in ongoing continuing education trainings and clinical supervision opportunities.

From the Northeast to the Southwest, all programs feature trauma-informed designed spaces, meaning color patterns, outfitting of space, visuals, etc. are all taken into account when designing a program. See the map of our locations here.

Standardized Clinical Outcome Measurement and Inclusive Patient Experience Review Processes are part of how we can help ensure quality care. Participating programs all over the country offer Evidence-Based Curriculums and Comprehensive Program Schedules.

All outpatient location programs must participate in either The Joint Commission or CARF Accreditation and are in-network with most payor networks.
