Interim Chief Executive Officer
Dan Slipkovich
Dan Slipkovich is a nationally recognized health care industry leader with over 35 years of broad-based experience and a long track record of success in the facility-based provider space. Throughout his career, Dan has had operational responsibility for more than 250 hospitals across 35 states, including acute care and behavioral facilities. Dan is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Capella Healthcare, where he provided operational and financial expertise to community hospitals. Dan has also served on various boards and in executive leadership positions including as a senior executive at HCA and HealthTrust hospitals, SVP Operations and Founding Member of LifePoint Healthcare, President and Chief Operating Officer of Province Healthcare, and most recently, director and Chief Executive Officer at Quorum Health. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from West Virginia University and attended graduate school at the University of Miami and Virginia Tech.

Chief Operating Officer
Dwight Lacy
Dwight Lacy is Chief Operating Officer for Summit BHC. Dwight joins Summit most recently from Acadia Healthcare where he was a Group President overseeing the operations of 40 facilities, primarily in the western & southwestern United States as well as Missouri, North Dakota, Tennessee & Wisconsin. Prior to that, Dwight was a Regional Vice President with Universal Health Services (UHS). Mr. Lacy has 20 years of executive level leadership responsibilities in both for-profit and non-profit settings that includes senior executive level leadership, hospital management, finance and accounting management and oversight of human resources management along with consultation services.

Chief Legal Officer
Paul Gilbert
Paul Gilbert, Summit BHC’s Chief Legal Officer, oversees legal and compliance matters, bringing extensive experience to the organization. Previously, he held executive roles including Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary for Rite Aid, partner at Epstein Becker & Green law firm and Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Governance Officer at LifePoint. Gilbert holds degrees from Vanderbilt University School of Law and Wake Forest University and is a Nashville Health Care Council Fellow.

Chief Financial Officer
Crissy Carlisle
Crissy Carlisle serves as Chief Financial Officer for Summit BHC, bringing extensive leadership experience in financial operations, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Summit, Crissy was the CFO of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, where she led accounting and financial teams, overseeing month-end close processes, SEC reporting, treasury, risk and insurance, taxes, and internal audit. Before that, she spent 16 years at Encompass Health Corporation as Chief Investor Relations Officer and Vice President of Financial Reporting. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP spending seven years in their audit practice and three years in their corporate recovery practice. Crissy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an accounting degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Her expertise in financial management and strategic leadership supports Summit’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Kim Brady
Kim Brady is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Summit BHC. Ms. Brady has more than 23 years of behavioral healthcare experience and was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Summit. Prior to joining Summit, Ms. Brady was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Acadia Healthcare where she oversaw the human resources and payroll functions. She was with Psychiatric Solutions prior to joining Acadia in 2011.
