Travel & Accomodations:

Please make your own Flight Arrangements and expense the charges. Hotel reservations will be made by Michelle McCabe.

Transportation Options:

I thought this was supposed to happen in May! Why is it in October now?

We rescheduled the DBD Conference for the Fall, specifically, October 8-10, 2025 and we made this decision for a couple of reasons including:

  • We will have the ability to get a jumpstart on 2026 Strategic Plans through organized workshops with our National Team, Alumni, Finance, Tactical Recovery, Digital and Marketing
  • It will give us an opportunity to jumpstart the 2026 budget process for admissions and inquiries and give you a voice in that process
    What is the new schedule?
    1. Start: October 8 at 8 AM
    2. End: October 10 at Noon

    We will post an agenda for the event as the date draws nearer. Plan on getting to Nashville Tuesday, October 7 so we can all start bright and early Wednesday, October 8.

    Where will the conference take place?

    Once again, we will be hosting at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs at 700 Cool Springs Blvd, Franklin, TN 37067. This hotel is across the street from our corporate offices.

    What is the closest airport/train station to the venue?

    Nashville International Airport is the closest for this event.

    Are there shuttle services provided from the airport/train station to the venue?

    We recommend renting a car through National.

    Uber or Lyft can also be a good choice.

    Is there parking available at the venue?

    Yes! There is ample parking in the lot in front of the Marriott.

    What about food?

    We will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on Day 1. And breakfast and a light lunch on Day 2.

    What should we wear?

    The attire for the all conference events is Business Casual.
