Where will the conference take place?

Once again, we will be hosting at the Hilton Cool Springs at 601 Corporate Centre Dr Franklin, TN 37067. This hotel is nextdoor to our corporate offices.

Is there a recommended hotel or accommodation nearby?

What is the closest airport/train station to the venue?

Nashville International Airport is the closest for this event.

Are there shuttle services provided from the airport/train station to the venue?

We recommend renting a car through National.

Uber or Lyft can also be a good choice. 

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is ample parking in the lot in front of the Hilton.

What about food?

We will provide heavy hors’d oureves at the Awards/Networking event on the first night. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided on Day 2. And, on Day 3, breakfast and a snack will be served.

What should we wear?

The attire for the all conference events is Business Casual. For our dinner Venue on Day 2, please dress warmly!
